Q: When does my snail mail get shipped?
A: All snail mail is packaged and shipped on the 20th of each month. Any subscriptions started after the 20th will be included in the following month’s mail!

Q: How long will it take for my mail to arrive?
A: Delivery typically takes about 3–5 days, though timing may vary depending on your location and local postal service. International mail may take up to 1-1.5 weeks.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship anywhere mail can be delivered :)

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Of course. I love sharing my art with you, but I know life changes. You're free to cancel whenever you need, and you’re always welcome back!

Q: Can I gift a subscription?
A: Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address in the “shipping address” section at checkout, and the subscription will be sent directly to them! :)

Q: What if my address changes?
A: No problem! Just email me at Gretamillerstudio@gmail.com with your name and updated shipping address. Please make sure to send any changes before the 20th of the month in order to ensure I can update it in time for that month’s mailing.
